What Information Does Reelist Collect From its Users?

The information we collect on or through our Website may include:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website (including information provided at the time of purchasing passes on our Website, registering for our panels, requesting further services, or any information supplied or requested by us when you contact us);

Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Client Testimonials will not be viewed by unauthorized persons

Web Beacons 

Pages of our Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Reelist, for example, to count users who have visited those pages, opened an email, or other related website statistics.

HTTP Cookies  

A HTTP cookie is an identifier that a website transfers to the user’s computer or mobile device and that is stored in the user’s web browser. The Reelist Indie Film Club uses cookies to identify the user and enhance the user experience, and also to understand the way in which the website is used. Google Analytics 

The Reelist Indie Film Club uses Google Analytics as a tool for tracking and analyzing its web traffic. Google Analytics runs on the The Reelist Indie Film Club server and uses a combination of first-party cookies and JavaScript code to compile information that is synthesized into reports about page visits, referring sites, user habits, and the like. Google is not provided access to any user information other than IP addresses.

Google has created an “Opt-out Browser Add-on” for users who wish to use websites while preventing their data from being accessed or used by Google Analytics. Hub Spot 

The Reelist Indie Film Club uses HubSpot to create website content and track web traffic. HubSpot runs on the Reelist servers and uses a combination of first-party cookies and JavaScript code to compile information that is synthesized into reports about page visits, referring sites, user habits, and the like. HubSpot also implements data from third-party tools via APIs and native integrations (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce, and WordPress). If Reelist uses HubSpot Live Chat or Chatbots, any messages, visitor information, and behavior will be logged including names and emails.

How does Reelist use the Information it Collects?

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:

To present our Website and its contents to you;
To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;

This opt out does not apply to information provided to The Reelist Indie Film CLub as a result of a purchase, or activity on the Website.
